The glass blocks a portion of the sun’s heat, glare and harmful UV rays, keeping indoor spaces safer, cooler and more comfortable. It also fitted each unit with AC Inverter Technology, which lowers electricity usage by using only the necessary amount of energy to maintain your desired temperature. This technology allows for fast cooling without excessive power use.
RHK Land Corporation also built a system that ensures energy is used only when needed, contributing to overall resource efficiency, lower power consumption and minimal heat generation in the building’s operations.

The use of low VOC paint throughout the South Tower helps reduce air pollution. The South Tower has a rainwater tank and collector to reduce reliance on principal water supplies.
Integrated into the smart units’ system is remote monitoring and management that allows homeowners to check and operate their smart lights and control the temperature of their units. They also receive real-time alerts through smartphone apps.
Aside from bicycle lanes, the South Tower, too, has amenities like a fully fitted gym with dance and cycling studios, and swimming pools. The kids also have their own pool and playground.
EV charging stations are installed for homeowners with electric vehicles.
