On Monday, 27 January 2025, COMELEC Commissioners Ernesto Maceda Jr. and Rey Bulay, Chairman George Erwin Garcia, and National Printing Office (NPO) Directors Revsee Escobedo and Arjay Lim sign a Memorandum of Agreement at the NPO in Quezon City. The agreement formalizes the collaboration between COMELEC and NPO for the printing of ballots for the 2025 National and Local Elections, allowing NPO to utilize its resources alongside COMELEC's technology.
