SB19’s Josh Cullen bashed for 10-year-old post

Cullen became a perfect dart board for bashing as irate fans sent him a barrage of criticisms, which caused him to make his X account private

Fans of SB19 were aghast to learn that one of the top P-pop  members, Josh Cullen, was recently subjected to a seemingly endless bashing.

Later, they found out why.

Someone, seemingly out of spite, made public Cullen’s tweet.

What was Cullen’s tweet?

“Interesting fact: you’re a faggot.”

SB19’S Josh Cullen.

That was Cullen’s post 18 April 2014 which seemingly caused indignation from several people as they found it “homophobic.”

With this, Cullen became a perfect dart board for bashing as irate fans sent him a barrage of criticisms, which caused him to make his X account private.

But ATIN fans were quick to parry off the deluge of criticisms.

“Wow, it’s been a decade already. Why do you guys love bringing up past mistakes so much? Do you really have to drag your nonsense even here? Can’t it be possible that people actually change? Let’s stop bringing this up and just move on, shall we?” said one fan.

“It’s as if they thrive on negativity, and the only way they feel better about themselves is by dragging others down. Such a miserable existence, really. Imagine how much better their lives could be if they focused on self-improvement rather than tearing others apart,” another fan opined.

Belle, Donny acknowledge each other’s red flags

Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan were honest enough to admit that like any other mortals, they, too, have  red flags.

“Siyempre, may nakita kami, ‘di ba? (Of course, we saw something, right? But it’s not the type of red flag na ayaw mo nang makasama or ganoon (which you don’t want to work with or something).

“Siguro it’s the type of red flag na…. people really would have it, like, at times ‘yung usual stuff like, for me…” he said.

Mariano was more specific about her leading man’s red flags.

“Umiinit ang ulo niya kapag ‘di siya kumakain (He flares up when he doesn’t eat),” she said.

The banter happened during the mediacon for How To Spot A Red Flag, a series that begins airing on  ABS-CBN primetime today, 27 January.

Pangilinan shared that one of his red flags come out when he lacks sleep as he easily gets agitated.

“So, hindi na ako masyadong nakikinig sa mga nangyari kasi (So, I don’t really listen to what happened because) I have to be in one spot lang. And then I easily get triggered,” he said.

Pangilinan stressed that having red flags is just but normal.

“Everyone has it, and it’s all about communication. As long as it’s not to a point na you guys are already hurting each other, you can’t be with each other anymore, you can’t work with each other, you can’t see each other… That’s when it’s unhealthy,” he explained.

“But the type of red flags we have, we talk about it and we go through them,” he added.

“We communicate openly,” Mariano said, acknowledging her leading man’s opinion.

“Lahat naman tayo may red flags (We all have red flags),” she said.

“There are no bad people. People are just doing decisions because of their bad situations or bad experiences,” she added.

Incognito wins in TV ratings

When Incognito was first shown on free TV last week, 20 January, it easily won in the ratings game.

According to the data provided by Nielsen Philippines, Incognito gained a rating of 8.7 against Mga Batang Riles’ 7.9 rating.

Netizens were happy with Incognito’s promising debut on television.

“Congratulations!  I’m beyond thrilled to see #Incognito topping the ratings! This is just the beginning of an amazing journey!” said one guy.

“Incognito the best... hindi ako mahilig sa TV shows or teleserye pero nung nkapanuod ako ng Incognito sa netflix inabangan ko tlaga ang mga episodes nila.. ang ganda ehh action-packed at magandang lugar ang kinunan nila. promote na din tourism sa Pilipinas (I am not fond of TV shows or soap operas but when I watched Incognito on Netflix I really looked forward their episodes. It’s beautiful  and action-packed. And they shot in beautiful places. It’s promoting tourism in the Philippines),” one fan said.
