Katrina Holigores: Guiding through energy healing and spiritual intuition

‘Sometimes it’s as simple as clearing clutter or letting in sunlight. Even physical changes can raise the vibrations of a place.’

Katrina Holigores believes that intuition, much like other talents, is a unique gift. For her, it runs deeper than just gut feelings — it’s a connection to energies beyond the visible world. Growing up in a family of mediums and spiritual healers, she was no stranger to experiences far beyond the average. This foundation later inspired her to establish Soul Spa PH, a sanctuary for those seeking guidance through transformative readings, energy healing and holistic wellness practices.

While Katrina initially thrived as a media practitioner, she has always been drawn to these practices. In an interview on the DAILY TRIBUNE’s Pairfect, she shares that though she was surrounded by family members who are mediums and faith healers, she got her formal education when her teacher who opened classes on pranic healing, energetic healing, healing with crystals back in 2010. “I found an affinity to it, and it’s been kind of like an on and off thing ever since,” she says.

And since then, Katrina’s energy healing became a way for people to realign, restore, and reconnect with themselves and others.

Understanding energy

Katrina describes energy as omnipresent and universal. “It doesn’t have to be something mystical. You can feel it when you walk into a room — some people draw you in, while others make you uneasy. It’s the same with spaces; some feel welcoming, while others feel off.”

Through her work, Katrina helps individuals who feel stuck, unwell or disconnected. Using a variety of modalities, she clears energy blockages and provides guidance to restore flow and balance. Her approach isn’t limited to people; she also works on spaces. “Sometimes it’s as simple as clearing clutter or letting in sunlight. Even physical changes can raise the vibrations of a place.”

Overcoming misconceptions

In a predominantly Catholic country like the Philippines, Katrina acknowledges that energy healing can sometimes be misunderstood. “People may see it as unholy or even witchcraft, but I disagree. Whether you believe in God, the universe, or a higher power, we’re all products of love. Energy healing is about reconnecting with that love and flow.”

While she admits there are risks of encountering negative entities, Katrina emphasizes the power of faith and intention. “Nothing is stronger than God or the universe. If you approach healing with the belief that you’re here to live a good, happy life, the practice works at its best.”

A mission to heal

For Katrina, energy healing is more than a career — it’s a calling. Through Soul Spa PH, she provides a safe space for individuals to navigate life’s challenges, heal their energy, and find clarity. “Everyone deserves to feel whole and connected,” she affirms. By blending her family’s spiritual legacy with her own experiences and learnings, Katrina continues to guide others on their journey toward inner peace and balance.
