Actress and TV host Kim Chiu shared an update on her highly anticipated romantic comedy film My Love Will Make You Disappear, co-starring Paulo Avelino.

In a now-deleted series of Instagram stories posted on Monday, Chiu revealed that she and Avelino were visited on set by Star Cinema’s team, led by Kriz Gazmen and Mico Del Rosario.

“Look who welcomed us inside the tent at 5am,” Chiu wrote in her story, showing snaps of the visit.

She also used her Instagram story to promote the movie, humorously writing, “See you in cinemas on March 26. ’Di na kami mag-disappear.”

The set visit reportedly took place in Binondo, Manila, where the film is currently being shot.

Originally scheduled for release on 12 February 2025, ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema announced on 11 January that the screening date for My Love Will Make You Disappear had been rescheduled to 26 March.

The romantic comedy marks Chiu and Avelino’s first film together, following their successful collaboration in the drama series Linlang and the Philippine adaptation of What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.

Directed by Chad Vidanes, who also helmed the local adaptation of What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, My Love Will Make You Disappear promises a blend of romance and humor, set to hit cinemas worldwide in March.
