Philippines beat Kuwait, 4-1, in AFC Women's Asian Cup qualifer

Katrina Guillou's brace inspired the Philippine national women's futsal team to a 4-1 win over Kuwait in the AFC AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup qualifiers at the Yunusobod Sports Complex in Tashkent Saturday evening.

The Filipinas striker scored in the 2nd and 39th minutes the women's futsal squad picked up its first win of thw tournament.

Bella Flannigan and Dionesa Tolentin also got going for the Philippines after scoring in the 23rd and 26th minutes, respectively.

Shrouq Mohammad scored Kuwait's lone goal of the match in the 36th minute.

The Philippines faces host Uzbekistan on Monday at 6 p.m. (Manila time) at the same venue.
