Amid the ongoing controversy, Filipino R&B singer Denise Julia took to social media to announce the release of her upcoming song, #Baddie.

In an Instagram reel, she shared a 24-second clip of her recording the track in the studio. The song’s lyrics appear to reference her recent clash with celebrity photographer BJ Pascual and content creator Killa Kush.

“Draggin’ my name for likes and views,

U stay clout chasin’, I’m in the booth

Say it’s the truth, how’d you hit delete?

Said you were a friend, now you turnin’ heel?

The damage is done, turned my name into profit

Hater or not, they boppin’ to my hits

When I say I’m a baddie just know it’s legit

Go talk to my lawyers if u talkin’ sh*t'"

The feud began when Pascual shared his “worst” experience working with Denise Julia’s team during an appearance on Killa Kush’s podcast. This sparked a heated exchange on social media, with Denise Julia addressing the accusations and reportedly pursuing legal action for defamation.

The podcast episode, which was briefly made private, is now publicly available again.

The release date for #Baddie has not yet been announced, but fans and critics are eagerly awaiting to see how the song reflects Denise Julia’s perspective on the controversy.
