The National Museum of the Philippines unveiled an intimate clay sculpture by Dr. Jose Rizal, titled “Josephine Sleeping,” on Monday, 30 December 2024, in commemoration of the national hero's martyrdom. The sculpture, crafted by Rizal during his exile in Dapitan, offers a glimpse into the personal and artistic side of the Filipino patriot. Aram Lascano
