Let Dimzon is thankful for her time as head coach of Kaya FC-Iloilo Women after five years.

Dimzon said she will cherish all the memories they shared during her time as head coach from 2019 to 2024.

“As I say goodbye after five amazing years with KAYA Futbol Club I am filled with gratitude, love, and pride. This journey of passion and success has been made unforgettable by the incredible players, staff, and management who have become like family to me,” said Dimzon, who is also a head coach for Far Eastern University in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines women’s football tournament.

“We’ve celebrated victories, learned from challenges, and created lasting memories. I’m incredibly proud of all we’ve achieved, both on and off the pitch.”

The club tasted success during Dimzon’s time as head coach of Kaya.

Kaya won the SingaCup in 2022 and three 7’s Football League championships.

The 45-year-old mentor also called the shots when Kaya won the 2023 PFF Women’s League, the first professional women’s football club to do so.

Dimzon was also at the helm when Kaya qualified for the inaugural AFC Women’s Champions League last October where the club finished with a 0-2-1 win-draw-loss record.

Dimzon’s final match with the club was at the PFF Women’s Cup final on 9 December where they lost to Stallion Laguna FC, 1-0, at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium.

Dimzon said she will carry those experiences wherever she goes.

“Kaya will always have a special place in my heart. This isn’t goodbye, but ‘see you soon,’” Dimzon said.

“Thank you for the unforgettable memories and for allowing me to be part of the Kaya legacy. Let’s keep chasing greatness, because Kaya will always rise.”
