CoA execs complete senior executive development program

The Commission on Audit (CoA) held a graduation ceremony on 17 December 2024, for 20 of its senior executives who successfully completed the Senior Executive Development Program (SEDP). The event took place at the CoA Sports and Cultural Center.

The SEDP aims to develop competent and competitive leaders within the Commission. The program, mandated by COA Resolution 2002-009, focuses on providing senior executives with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure effective supervision and leadership.

CoA chairperson Gamaliel Cordoba congratulated the graduates, stressing the importance of collaboration, inclusivity, and integrity in leadership.

Meantime, commissioner Roland Café Pondoc encouraged the graduates to prioritize integrity, purpose, and service to the Filipino people in their leadership roles.

In addition to the graduation ceremony, CoA also recognized 185 officials and personnel who served as resource persons for the agency’s capacity-building initiatives.

Commissioner Mario G. Lipana, in a message read by Director Roberto D. Mabagos, Jr., emphasized the value of sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance public service.

The CoA remains committed to expanding its pool of resource persons to ensure the continued success of its learning and development programs.
