All the major players that comprise this bizarre love triangle have said their pieces. Whether we take what Maris Racal, Anthony Jennings and the non-showbiz ex-girlfriend Jam Villanueva have said as bible truth, with a grain of salt, or as bereft of honesty, your choice is your choice. In the democracy that we live in, the sum of our choices and beliefs, as well as what we hold dear, just, moral and fundamentally true, makes up the fabric of who we are.
As of this writing, a new scandal brews, with the protagonists as Joshua Garcia and Elisse Joson, witnessed by an anonymous source, allegedly sharing a clandestine moment that included major lip and tongue action.
Whether true or not, this tempest a-brewing, the Racal, Jennings and Villanueva maelstrom is reduced as a thing of the past, gone with the wind and in 60 seconds.

I cannot fully sympathize with the plight of Jam Villanueva because of a glaring fact that most seem to ignore — the vicious act that she screen-grabbed from Jennings’ mobile phone the private conversations between him and Racal, made it public, with the lame pretense that it was necessary to share the deceit for her ability to move on, and emotional and mental health.
The saying, “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned,” seems to apply here — this is her tale to tell and, yes, she did use the “victim” card successfully. The love team destroyed. Endorsements cutting off the contracts of the tandem.
Ms. Villanueva, you were with Jennings for the past seven years. For you must have seen and experienced all the red flags, but you chose to ignore it because you so claim that you love him. Prior to Racal, you also had your fair share of posting cryptic posts and your target then was Daniela Stranner who became Jennings’ pair.
For a relationship to foster and fail, it always takes two to tango. Please do not give me that “I sacrificed myself and my life for him for seven years, endured and ignored everything for him to make him happy, I am the wind beneath his wings” hoopla.
Spare me the drama. Only the gullible and unenlightened will readily accept your version of truth hook, line and sinker.
It was an act of vengeance. Your vendetta is a success. Happiest place that you are now in, right?

In not even a 30-seconder statement, the young man branded as cheater and culprit, Anthony Jennings, manned up, admitted his mistake and apologized to the ladies to whom he caused pain.

What she did for love
I am not casting any stones on Maris Racal because I get and understand the predicament she was in. There are many things we can and may do in the name of love.
What is most important is she admitted her mistake, came clean about it. She apologized. And yes, she promises to be a better human being and move forward from this experience.
My biggest bafflement about this whole BLT is there are bigger and more pressing concerns and issues happening in real time that affects us all — the dwindling strength of the peso, the international loans that balloon every second, the threat to our sovereignty, daily traffic, the skyrocketing prices of basic goods and the mediocre manner of services, super typhoons, environmental degradation and the list goes on, ad infinitum. All of these were swept under the rug when majority had a field day as they expressed their anger and sentiment about the MaThon state of affairs.
Gossip fuels the feelings, passion and morals of the majority! However, the most pressing of realities are accepted as matter of fact so we just have to bear and pray that we survive it.
