Condominium One Lancaster Park recently launched “Christmas at the Park,” an annual event that aims to design and celebrate the holiday season.

Just as the condominium development has pioneered modern living in Imus, Cavite with its innovative “metro and nature in one” concept, it also aims to establish a more memorable and enjoyable Christmas tradition, providing Filipino families with a unique Yuletide celebration.

“This is our way of celebrating a refreshingly different kind of Christmas that both residents and visitors can look forward to at the One Lancaster Park community,” Gigi Alcantara, president of developer Famtech Properties Incorporated, said.

Famtech Properties is a subsidiary of PH1 World Developers, which serves as the real estate arm of Megawide, a leading innovator in infrastructure and engineering in the Philippines.

As a real estate developer, the company has cultivated expertise in loft living within the local industry, showcasing projects such as My Enso Lofts in Quezon City, along with The Hive Residences and Modan Lofts in Taytay, Rizal.

“At One Lancaster Park, home buyers receive greater value for their investment with our loft units, which offer an increase in space for essentially the same cost,” Alcantara added. This spaciousness extends beyond individual condos, with nearly 70 percent of the development’s initial 10-hectare area dedicated to greenery and amenities.

The open spaces served as the backdrop for One Lancaster Park’s Christmas activities, which featured a grand Christmas tree lighting ceremony, caroling by a Christmas choir, and a photo session with Santa for children, culminating in a fireworks display. Additionally, a unique Christmas bazaar runs daily from 3 PM to 11 PM until 5 January 2025.

One Lancaster Park’s Fairmont tower currently offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units starting at 21, 33, and 49.50 square meters, respectively. With its innovative loft concept, buyers can expect at least a 26 percent increase in floor area while enjoying prices that range from P3.0 million to P7.5 million.

One Lancaster Park is poised to significantly impact the local real estate industry by creating unique experiences within its distinct living spaces.
