Missile barrage hits Ukraine

KYIV, Ukraine (AFP) — Russian forces fired 26 missiles at Ukraine overnight, killing a 66-year-old woman and destroying multiple homes in the northeastern city of Chuguyiv, Ukrainian officials said Thursday, adding that air defenses shot down 13 of them.

A night-time Ukrainian drone attack set ablaze a Russian oil depot in the Kursk region near the frontier between the two countries, Russian authorities said Thursday.
