4-year-old boy falls from 21st floor

A four-year-old boy died after falling from the 21st floor of a condominium and landed on the roof of the Shell gasoline station Friday afternoon at Mabini corner Quirino Avenue in  Malate, Manila.

PSSg John Paul Rojo, investigator at the Manila Police District-homicide section, identified the victim as  Joax Gavriel Gallares resident of Block 3, Lot 19, Don Gregorio Heights, Dasmariñas, Cavite.

The incident happened at  about 2:20 p.m. at the earlier-mentioned place

Based on a police investigation, Geson Deposa , 34 maintenance and stay-in worker at 2126 Building  Le Mirage de Malate, Manila, was at the sixth floor mopping the flooring when he heard a loud sound that from the roof of the shell gas station.

The child was immediately brought to the Bagong Ospital ng Maynila but was declared dead on arrival.

Police continued their investigation to find out how the boy fell from the condominium when he is under the care of his aunt Daniela Esperanzate, 20 years old who is occupying Unit 2114 of the condo unit.
