The local government of Manila announced that it will give discounts to taxpayers who will avail of early payment of their real property taxes.
According to Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna, a schedule of discount for Real Property Tax payments had been formulated for those who will pay early.
For payments made until 29 December, the taxpayer is entitled to 15 percent discount on its non-delinquent account.
Lacuna added that for real property tax payments from 1 to 31 January 2024, a 10 percent discount will be given.
