City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 announced that it has deployed 3,000 personnel since 16 December as part of the "Ligtas Kapaskuhan 2023" to ensure a safe and meaningful Christmas for the residents of Central Luzon.
According to PRO3 director Police Brigadier General Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Ligtas Kapaskuhan 2023 ensures that the entire police force of PRO3 continues to be on its toes as the same state of security preparedness to address security and public safety concerns in the entire region.
Hidalgo ordered all provincial, city and municipal directors to continuously conduct police-focused operations and sustain the level of alertness and vigilance being displayed as Enhanced Managing Police Operations is being carried out.
