The Philippines' Best Employers 2024 is a substantial and all-encompassing employer study designed to assess the appeal of employers in the Philippines through an independent survey conducted among employees. The initiative, pioneered by The Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista, builds upon the success of the inaugural list published last year.

Organizations in the country with a workforce of at least 250 people are eligible for the recognition. The assessment process involves categorizing employers into 28 distinct industries, ensuring a comprehensive and industry-specific analysis that captures the diverse landscape of the Philippine employment market.

Foundever stood out from among its peers in the industry for its relentless pursuit of employee satisfaction, a core principle that has launched the company into the ranks of the top echelon of employers in the Philippines.

Foundever in the Philippines exhibited a remarkable improvement, registering an eNPS of 62.6, a noteworthy increase from the previous year's score of 58.1 eNPS.
