France, Phl celebrate alliance with annual gala

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines is holding the 2023 Annual Gala, themed "Rendez-Vous," on 8 November 2023, 6 p.m., at the Sofitel Grand Ballroom, Pasay, Philippines.

The evening is meant to be a celebration of the deep-rooted friendship, thriving economic collaboration, vibrant cultural exchange and unbreakable diplomatic ties between France and the Philippines.

The night will feature a theatrical performance that will showcase the rich heritage, culture and cuisine both countries proudly share.

Culinary enthusiasts are in for a treat as Chef Bettina Arguelles of Sofitel Plaza Philippines unveils a sumptuous six-course tasting menu highlighting a delightful fusion of flavors from both nations, each dish a harmonious blend of French and Filipino gastronomy.

A highlight of the evening will be the "Le Trophée Bleu: Sustainability Business Awards," a collaborative effort with Havas Media Ortega to recognize top corporations in the country that have demonstrated dedication to sustainability and have seamlessly integrated eco-conscious practices into their core business strategies.
