DoLE warns rogue ACPs victimizing claimants

The Department of Labor and Employment announced on Friday that all services and programs that involve transferring funds to beneficiaries via an accredited co-partner, or ACP, should be free of charge.

The DoLE said that the services are intended to be free of charge because the programs were developed to support and ease the burden of poor Filipinos.

It added that it prohibits any kind of facilitation fees and kickbacks, misrepresentation, or any other actions that jeopardize the interests of beneficiaries.

Likewise, the agency said it maintains a zero-tolerance policy against erring ACPs.
