A wheelchair, a basketball court: Twin gestures of love

"Lolo" Vicente Caro of Old Balara, Quezon City, had long been confined to bed and needed a wheelchair. The Tzu Chi Eye Center recently provided a brand new wheelchair for him, with the hope that this will provide mobility for Lolo Vicente to get out of his bed, go around the neighborhood and breathe fresh air.

Meanwhile, in Tzu Chi Ormoc Great Love Village, a basketball court has risen to provide wholesome activities for the community. Through the generosity of Tzu Chi donors, solar lamps have been installed not only for the basketball court, but for the whole village, too. Let there be light and more love!
