Partnerships such as this one with the City Government of Iloilo align with our nation-building mission to create and cultivate sustainable and vibrant communities across the country's established and upcoming urban centers. This also contributes to our broader goal of inclusive growth, where housing security plays a critical role in creating a more equitable society for all," Raphael B. Felix, president and chief executive officer of PHINMA Properties, said.
