Valenzuela City, under the leadership of Mayor Wes Gatchalian, was awarded by the Department of Health —Metro Manila Center for Health Development during the Newborn Screening Recognition and Awarding Ceremony held at the Richmonde Hotel-Eastwood, last Tuesday, 10 October.
