Aboitiz Group wins big at Property Awards

Aboitiz Group's infrastructure and residential development arms were feted by PropertyGuru Philippines at its annual property awards ceremony on 22 September.

Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates won the Best Industrial Developer Award, Best Mixed Use Development for LIMA Central Business District, Best Industrial Development for West Cebu Estate, and Best Green Development for LIMA Estate. AIC also earned the Special Recognition in ESG and Sustainable Design and Construction titles.

AIC's The Pods at LIMA was shortlisted for Best Co Living and LIMA Estate for the Best Industrial Development category.

Aboitiz Land, meanwhile, earned the accolades Best Housing Development (Luzon) for Ajoya Cabanatuan, Best Waterfront Housing Development for Seafront Residences, and Best CBD Development for The Villages at Lipa.

Amoa was nominated for Best Housing Development (Visayas) and Foressa Mountain Town for Best Sub Division Development.

Main country winners of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2023 will advance to the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards grand final on 8 December in Bangkok, Thailand. They will compete against other nations across Southeast Asia including China, Japan, India and Australia.

It is recognized as the ultimate hallmark of excellence in the Asian property sector, boasting an independent panel of real estate industry experts and trusted supervisors.
