The Philippine Azkals settled for a 1-1 draw against Chinese Taipei in a friendly match at the Kaohsiung National Stadium Friday evening.
Patrick Reichelt gave the Azkals a 1-0 lead after scoring in the 18th minute.
With the Azkals down to 10 men no thanks to Enrique Linares' red card in the 88th minute, Shao-Yu Pai delivered an equalizer for Chinese Taipei in the 94th minute.
The Philippines will host Afghanistan on 12 September, Tuesday, at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium.
