Bong Go aids fire victims in Las Piñas

Consistent with his commitment to safeguard the welfare of Filipinos amid crisis situations, Sen. Bong Go once again provided assistance to more fire victims as he personally checked on the situation of 65 families in Las Piñas City on Thursday, 17 November, whose houses were damaged by a recent fire incident in Barangay Talon Tres.

Go and his outreach team held the distribution at Carmencita Village covered court where they handed out grocery packs, vitamins, masks, meals, umbrellas, and shirts to the affected families, composed of 235 individuals.

The senator also gave away cellular phones, shoes, and balls for basketball to select individuals.

Meanwhile, representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development provided financial assistance to further help the victims recover.
