The website's rebranding comes with new features to make Filipino film gems and hard-to-find short films more accessible to viewers.
JuanFlix aims to inspire and sustain renewed interest in classic works from Filipino filmmakers, as well as contemporary short films, documentaries and features from promising young creators.
Among the clássics are Ishmael Bernal's Pagdating sa Dulo, Kidlat Tahimik's Perfumed Nightmare, Lino Brocka's Insiang, Manuel Conde's Genghis Khan, and Brillante Mendoza's Ma' Rosa.
The new works are Paolo Villaluna's Pauwi Na, Dwein Baltazar's Gusto Kita With All My Hypothalamus, and Dodo Dayao's Midnight in a Perfect World.
