No one can resist the collision of classic architecture and boulevards in modern society. Madrid, home of cultural and social attractions, bewitched actor Bea Alonzo to own an apartment in the city.

Recently, Bea shared a photo of her and her mom in her apartment in Madrid, which she bought last May.

"I was finally able to show my mom our apartment in Madrid and she was so happy! Ang dami nya nang plano on how to fix the place. I am so grateful I get to share this moment (with) my mom. Pangarap ko lang to eh. Yakapin nyo naman nanay nyo para sa akin," the caption reads.

The apartment is still an empty space that has yet to be filled up with furniture and decorations, but a glimpse of the space allows the audience to see its simple yet elegant interior.

Last March, with the help of Spanish-Filipino real estate broker Paolo Piccio, Bea and. her mom toured Madrid to check the perfect property to move in.

After touring the city for four days, Alonzo found her dream place in the Chamberi district.

The building's exterior has an 1800s facade or has a 'traditional district with an aristocratic architectural flair,' while its interior was designed by a renowned architect/interior designer from Spain, Tristan Domecq.

During her apartment hunting tour vlog, the property has a luxurious space starting from the kitchen that has Carrara marble, a best-priced class of marble.

The apartment she owned is the top-tier among the six properties they checked, so without a doubt, Alonzo bought the space as it also fulfilled her own checklist, which was: 'Good location that's safe and accessible, 'Has two to three bedrooms,' 'Needs to have many windows for the city's view,' and a heating and cooling system.

The location of the palace reflects the beauty of Spain as Chamberi district is considered as the district that still has the same elegant and peaceful atmosphere as in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Alonzo's journey towards home and space living for her new apartment is still ongoing, as she stated, her mother has a lot of plans for the place, which makes her fans along with space buddies expect a house tour once it's done.
