‘Eyewall’ of ‘Karding’ now in Polillo Islands

"The eyewall of 'Karding' is now affecting the Polillo Islands," says the latest weather bureau update on the super typhoon.

Eyewall is the area immediately outside the eye of a hurricane or cyclone, associated with tall clouds, heavy rainfall, and high winds.
