Newly installed Manila Police District chief P/Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon has reshuffled commanders in and out of six police stations in the capital city, namely PS 3, 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12.

Dizon said he ordered the reshuffle to strengthen the police force tasked to maintain the security, as well as law and order, in the City of Manila.

P/Lt. Col. Ramon Czar Solas was assigned commander of Police Station 3, taking the place of P/Lt. Col. Jonathan Villamor who, in turn, was assigned to PS 7.

Former PS 7 commander, P/Lt. Col. Robert Domingo, was assigned to head the District Intelligence Division Management based at the MPD headquarters along United Nations Avenue.

PS 4 commander P/Lt. Col. Jay Doles was transferred to PS 12, while P/Lt. Col. Restituto Acohon would head PS 4. Station 10 will be headed by P/Lt.Col. Maria Agbon, who replaced P/Maj. Dino Venturina who held the post as an officer in charge.

P/Lt. Col. Rexson Layug took over as PS 11 chief in place of P/Lt. Col. Magno Gallora Jr., who was without an assignment as of the day of the reshuffle.

Dizon presided over the turnover ceremony, saying the movement of personnel was duly reported to National Capital Region Police Office chief P/Brig. Gen. Jonnel Estomo.

On Saturday, the MPD chief attended a feeding program initiated by the Barbosa Police Station at the Manila Golden Mosque and Cultural Center in Quiapo, Manila.

The program was under the "Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan" program of the Philippine National Police intended to gather together the police, church movers and the public in fighting criminality and pushing socio-civic undertakings.
