All conned by Leila

Do your homework first, Durbin and Leahy, and check the facts, instead of listening to the lies of Leila.

The aftermath of the United States budget amendment that included sanctions, if imposed, has turned into a tit for tat, and it is a damn good day too with the Philippine government standing up for Philippine sovereignty and independence from centuries-old American colonial days.

The nation and its government do have balls in barring two American senators from setting foot on Philippine soil. These two US senators were instrumental in getting the resolution, which was passed by a US Bicameral Senate, as an amendment to the 2020 budget act.

If President Donald Trump and the US senators were true friends of the Philippines, they should have vetoed that item banning Philippine officials whom their idol, Leila de Lima, who is legally and rightfully detained by the courts of law, named, including the Philippine Supreme Court, the current and former Justice chiefs, and police and military officials who were just doing their job, as ordered by the courts of law and the law.

Oh, and not to forget, Leila, who talks incessantly of the fight for media freedom — when there clearly is no media censorship existing — also included the banning of the pro-Duterte social media accounts that the detained senator said caused her detention!

De Lima, a critic of extrajudicial killings in Mr. Duterte’s war on drugs and other human rights violations, has been detained since 2017 on drug charges she claims were fabricated by the administration. She has sent to jail too many in stinking city jails for years!

Oh boy, oh boy! Did Leila really con the US senators with her many false and exaggerated deaths and outright lies on the drug war? And they all thought it was only Donald Trump that was a con man and liar, with over 15,000 lies so far recorded by the New York Times fact checker! Hey, Durbin and Leahy. Get a fact checker — and not the Philippine yellow fact checkers who have been proved to provide false and fake accounts of the facts.

It never crossed anyone’s mind that the two Democrat senators, Dick Durbin (Illinois) and Patrick Leahy (Vermont), could easily get conned. Malacañang has described them as “imperious, uninformed and gullible.” Looks like a true statement, as they can be conned so easily by Leila.

As it is always being said, and not just by Leila but also her yellow supporters, the US has the right to ban anyone to enter the country and forfeit whatever property and assets such as bank accounts in the US, in defense and support for a lawfully detained senator, and this cannot be questioned.

So can the Philippines, on the President’s say so, ban any foreigner — including US senators, Democrat or Republicans. So too can our Philippine senators, that is, if they have the balls, pass a resolution condemning the amendment officially and urge President Duterte to ban all the US senators who took part in that amendment imposing sanctions. Tit for tat.

Leila is alleged to have engaged in trading with the drug-dealing prisoners at the New Bilibid Prison, which she and her chosen team deliberately excluded from the Oplan “Cronus” raid planned by the former Criminal Investigation and Detection Group chief, now Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong.

Why? Elementary, dear gullible US senators! Magalong discussed the “Cronus” raid with Leila, who was supposed to tap him for the operation alongside her. However, he was quickly dropped from it without being told why. This is due to the fact that Magalong had good sources in the prison who disclosed to him where the hard drives and the list of persons who have received drug money, even their bank accounts, in exchange for favors, as well as their outside partners abroad. These Leila deliberately did not include in her list of confiscated items.

In short, having Magalong present during the raid would have definitely proved that Leila was the recipient of tens of millions of pesos of drug money, which even her former lover-bodyguard and another aide had collected and delivered to her.

Do your homework first, Durbin and Leahy, and check the facts, instead of listening to the lies of Leila. Check too on her background as the then yellow Justice chief, and these two banned American senators will realize that she was the political opposition senators’ persecutors.

And one more thing: the list of confiscated items that Leila personally gathered and hid to save her skin. She excluded those items that would have pinned her down faster than she can say jackrabbit. This is the reason for her criminal action in excluding the positive evidence of her alleged crime and yes, her evidence-tampering too!

The lifetime and high-risk prisoners under Leila’s supervision were living it up with girls, booze, drinks and entertainment — this is the fare of their weekends. But why wonder why they got away with it for years under the yellow regime, when they were being protected by Leila, the then Justice Secretary of her yellow patron, former president Noynoy Aquino?

All so easily conned by Leila, the chief political persecutor in her capacity as Justice chief!
