‘Ursula’ to bring rains in VisMin, Bicol

Eastern Visayas, Northeastern Mindanao and the southern part of Bicol will experience gusty winds and rains Tuesday as Tropical Storm “Ursula” made its way inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility at 5 a.m. on Monday.

State weather bureau PAGASA said Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals will be raised in the succeeding hours.

The Visayas and some parts of Southern Luzon will bear the brunt of the weather disturbance, spotted 1,000 kilometers east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, on Monday morning.
