LRT-2 shortens trips for Holidays

The Light Rail Transit-2 (LRT-2) announced on Monday that it will shorten its operational hours on 24 December and 31 December.

The management said the shortened hours is due to a decline in the number of passengers and will allow train and security personnel to enjoy the festivities with their families.

On 24 December, the last trains from Cubao in Quezon City and Recto in Manila will leave at 8 p.m.

The last trips for both stations are at 7:30 p.m. on 31 December.

The current last trips are 8:25 p.m. in Cubao and 8:55 p.m. in Recto.
