Baby strangled in NAIA toilet

The lifeless body of a female infant was found inside one of the toilets at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 on Sunday morning.

Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) general manager Ed Monreal has ordered the review of all CCTV footage within the vicinity of the said rest room to determine the identity of the child’s assailant.

The MIAA medical team who responded to the incident said the infant had a piece of woman’s underwear around its neck. It is believed that the clothing must have belonged to the baby’s mother.

MIAA authorities turned over the investigation of the case to SOCO operatives.
