4 drug suspects collared

Quezon City police arrested four drug suspects in separate buy-bust operations in the city over the weekend.

The Talipapa Police Station under PLt. Col. Benjamin Gabriel Jr. nabbed Arman Pombayna, 37, Ken Manuel, 26, and Leomar Insigni, 23, all from Barangay Holy Spirit during a sting along Luzon Avenue, Barangay Pasong Tamo at around 8:50 p.m.

Seized from their possession were eight sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P34,000.00, a cellular phone, and the buy-bust money.

Meanwhile, Eastwood Police Station under PLt. Col. Melchor Rosales arrested Elmer Lui, 29, of Marikina City during another activity at about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday at Calle Industria corner Economia Street in Barangay Bagumbayan.

Seized from him were three sachets of suspected shabu and the buy-bust money.

The suspects are facing charges for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
