A French national was robbed of cash and his belongings by two siblings while touring the vicinity of the Rizal Park on Thursday night.

The victim, identified as Mikael Attal, 42, lodged a complaint at Manila Police District-General Assignment and Investigation Section, saying he was strolling around Rizal Park at around 3 p.m. when he was approached by a woman who was accompanied by a young girl, her sibling, and befriended him.

When they earned his trust, the suspects invited him to see the Bamboo Organ in Las Piñas.

The victim discovered he lost P3,000, a Sony Xperia cellular phone, his ATM card and the key to his room.

The victim said he will recognize the suspects when he sees them again.
