Parks makes TNT debut

TNT KaTropa shoots for the twice-to-beat advantage in the next round when it faces Barangay Ginebra in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Go vernors’ Cup today at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The KaTropa, who will parade their prized acquisition Ray Parks, battle the Gin Kings in the main game at 7 p.m. as they try to go back to their winning ways after seeing their unbeaten start halted by NLEX.

In the first game, Columbian Dyip (4-5) and Meralco (6-2) face off at 4:30 p.m. as they eye a crucial win to enhance their respective bids in the next round.

Parks makes his debut for TNT KaTropa tonight after a trade with Blackwater last week wherein the Elite acquired a pair of role players in Don Trollano and Anthony Semerad and a 2021 first-round pick.

“I’m excited to see how we play. Ray is going to be good for us. It’s more about how we play as a team. It’s very fortunate that we got Ray, but we also gave up a lot in Don and Tony,” Ravena said.
