LPGMA solon passes away

Former Energy Regulatory Commission chairman and incumbent LPGMA Partylist Rep. Rodolfo Albano passed away at 6 p.m. Tuesday due to heart failure.

His passing was confirmed by his son, Isabela Governor Rodito Albano and noted that his father’s remains will be brought to the House of Representatives on Thursday, while the funeral service will be held at the Isabela provincial capitol beginning Saturday.
