New Makati condo projects P9B in sales

Designed to be an upscale address, Parkford’s selling point is exclusivity.

Ayala-led Alveo Land Corp. expects to generate P9 billion in sales revenues from its latest residential property located in Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Alveo Land chief operating officer Rufino Gutierrez said the developer has already booked P2 billion worth of sales when the 35-storey Parkford Suites Legazpi was launched three weeks ago.

Designed to be an upscale address, Parkford’s selling point is exclusivity. Only 163 units will be made available. Buyers have a choice of two- and three-bedroom units sized from 125 square meters (sqm) to 181 sqm. Parkford Suit Legazpi will this have larger than usual units with 100 percent back-up power. They have an average selling price of P370,000 per sqm or roughly P55 million per unit.

Gutierrez noted that due to the worsening traffic in Metro Manila, consumers are opting to acquire condo units near their workplace. Also, a growing number of companies are eying to build and locate their businesses within the Makati business district.

The building will be located across the Legaspi Active Park and just a few blocks away from the Greenbelt area. Turnover of the units is scheduled by the end of 2026.

Parkford Suites Legazpi is the 10th tower in Makati under Alveo Land’s portfolio.
