Leila de Lima to a psychiatrist, as she appears to be showing dangerous symptoms of hallucinations and serious delusions, as she dared President Duterte to abide by the Constitution and formally inform Congress that he can no longer officially discharge his duties as president, notably in resolving the illegal drug problem in the country.

De Lima says the President is unfit and should step down, using as her excuse for demanding Duterte’s resignation his challenge to for-now Vice President Leni Robredo to take over the drug war campaign for six months for her to prove she is better than he is in resolving the anti-drugs war.

“I throw back Duterte’s challenge at him. Follow the Constitution. Transmit to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives your written declaration that you are unable to discharge the powers and duties of your office, and let VP Robredo take over,” she said.

What De Lima says perhaps serves as a piece of evidence related to the seriousness of her delusions, as well as her hallucinatory character, considering the fact that of which she accuses, as well as dares Duterte, is hardly a constitutional mode to bring about a vacancy in the presidency.

However, if the detained Leila truly believes in her delusionary state of course that Duterte, having failed to stem the drug war in six months, is enough to have himself declared unfit, one is led to wonder why she never demanded that her yellow president, Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino — who did nothing and even left all his 44 Special Action Forces (SAF) commandos to be massacred by the Muslim insurgents, notably the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, that today reigns in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao — resign and declare himself unfit for the presidency, especially since he was the then commander-in-chief of the military and police and could have easily given the order to the Air Force and its air assets to aid the SAF troops that were pleading for help — a plea Aquino had ignored completely and to think he was watching the massacre in real time!

And not to forget, Leila proved she was truly unfit, even as a lawyer and a constitutionalist, given the fact that in her bid to clear her yellow patron, she claimed during a Senate hearing that Aquino could not be charged in the massacre of the 44 commandos, claiming that Aquino was not the commander-in-chief of the Philippine National Police.

Her incompetence and unfitness as a government official and Justice secretary was proven when the new Ombudsman, Samuel Martires, sought the dismissal of the case Leila and her partner in injustice, Conchita Caprio-Morales, filed of charges of usurpation that their yellow patron stood accused of, a charge which was meant to get Aquino’s case quickly dismissed by the anti-graft court, since a President and commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines cannot by any stretch of the imagination usurp the powers as he, then president, was the power.

But while Leila is at it, she should check on her own record as she truly was unfit to take on the job of Justice secretary of the yellow president, especially as she engaged in injustice and selective justice while protecting her patron and his allies from being prosecuted while focusing all her attention on his political foes and filing trumped up plunder charges against them. To this day, Leila has never answered the question of why she filed plunder charges only against the then opposition senators, and not the others, especially the yellow senators, who were also named for their pork barrel in the Special Commission on Audit report, and should then have been charged too.

But there the delusionary Leila went again, lashing out at Duterte, and demanding that he relinquish his post entirely and not just offer Leni six months as his administration’s drug czar, with full powers over all anti-illegal drug activities and placing her in-charge of law enforcement.

Said Leila: “Duterte must first relinquish his post entirely to VP Robredo, who will then be acting president throughout the overacting phase of Duterte’s spoiled brat persona, and not only take over law enforcement functions.”

She also said that Duterte has again resorted to attacking Robredo because he cannot admit that he miserably failed the millions of Filipino people who believed in his fake promise to rid the country of illegal drugs in six months.

Still, in her delusionary state, Leila believes that her only hope to get out of jail and get the drug trading charges dropped is for Leni to be president, which will never happen as long as Duterte finishes his term.

But neither Leila nor Leni has a chance of winning the presidency and the senatorial posts through an electoral contest.
