5.5-magnitude quake rattles Davao

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake rocked Davao Occidental Friday morning at 10:33 A.M., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said.

The quake has a depth of 33 kilometers, with its epicenter located at east of Sarangani, Davao Occidental.

PHIVOLCS said damages are unlikely but is expecting aftershocks.
