PLDT and Smart inaugurate Davao stores

Telecommunication and digital services leaders PLDT and Smart Communications Inc. (Smart) have reached another milestone with the unveiling of the first batch of digital stores in Davao City.

Located at GMall and SM Lanang, these digital lifestyle hubs feature customer-centric design and innovative installations that will raise the bar in in-store service experience for digital-savvy Filipinos in the southern Philippines. The opening of the digital store at GMall was led by PLDT-Smart SVP & Consumer Sales Head Alex Caeg (in photo, 2nd from left). These PLDT-Smart stores feature technologies like self-service InfoTouch booths, which allow subscribers to view and print their bills, check account details, request for repairs and other services. Customers can also check data usage for their online needs via the broadband visualizers. These can be helpful for subscribers who are still deciding which broadband plan to get for their home or business. The store also features interactive tables that allow guests to browse the internet, play games, watch videos or listen to music inside the store.
