Tiresome song yellows sing

She wants the group of the United Nation Human Rights Council special rapporteurs to gain entry to the Philippines, in her bid, along with the yellows, to get Duterte ousted through more black propaganda.

Vice President Leni Robredo is clearly out of step with the sentiment of the majority of the Filipino people, especially on the issue of the administration’s war on drugs, which she claims is a failure, even when the surveys she appears to rely on say a big majority of Filipinos support the President on this issue.

The problem with Leni when she comes up with her claims of a failed drug war is the fact that she makes her conclusion without any reliable and credible basis to back her up.

Robredo said the drug crackdown has overwhelmingly targeted the poor instead of the big drugs networks, stressing that the President’s “violent rhetoric” was aiding a culture of police impunity.

“We ask ourselves, ‘Why is this still happening?’ The President has already made very serious threats to drug syndicates, to drug lords… and yet it’s still very prevalent. So obviously, it’s not working,” Robredo said.

Reacting to Leni’s claim of failure in the drug war, the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) politely said that she was “misled” about it, saying that “it seems that up until now, the Vice President is misled in understanding the anti-drug campaign. Authorities continue to address the domestic drug issue using a holistic, balanced and comprehensive approach.”

But perhaps Leni gets her “intel” from the yellows’ usual accomplice in plots and plans for the usual presidential ouster, the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) that has quickly supported her call for the Duterte administration to end its war on drugs.

The CCP issued a statement to media, saying that Leni’s “description of the drug war as ineffective reflects the sentiments of majority of the Filipino people who are skeptical of Duterte’s real aims but are silenced and paralyzed by the reign of terror and violence.”

“It has become crystal clear that Duterte’s drug war is a big hoax. Vice President Robredo correctly observes that the country is now saturated with shabu and other drugs,” the CPP added, stressing that Duterte was responsible for the mass killings of thousands of people in his war on drugs.

Again, like Leni Robredo, the commies go into inflated death figures on the drug war, which the yellows, reds and the unholy whites keep on increasing daily, without any evidence to back up their claims.

With the peace talks between the government and the commies ended by Duterte, the leaders of the CPP have been aligning themselves even more closely with the yellows, in what can be called their “hopelessness” at ousting Duterte.

But what is important to the yellows and their accomplices is their aim, done through their puppet, Leni Robredo, in trying to keep the drug war issue against Duterte alive and kicking, in their bid to gain more support from the local and international human rights groups and agencies.

Robredo has been urging the President to allow the United Nations to investigate his war on drugs and for him to abandon a “deadly” campaign that has been a “failure” and is a dent on the country’s international image.

And that of course is the reason for Robredo’s constant claim of the war on drugs’ failure — as she wants the group of the United Nation Human Rights Council special rapporteurs to gain entry to the Philippines, in her bid, along with the yellows, to get Duterte ousted through more black propaganda.

What these yellows, reds and unholy whites can’t seem to understand is that due to their many unconstitutional means to oust presidents, along with the do-nothing yellow regime, they are not popular with the Filipinos. Going by the results of the 2019 senatorial polls, it should have become clear to these yellows that the majority of the Filipinos have already rejected them.

Even at this time, there does not seem to be any popular opposition presidential figure appearing in the political horizon, and the yellows know it, which is probably the reason they continue to use the drug war as the issue to get more international support, even when their statements just go into one Filipino ear and out the other.

Leni and her yellows should really give it up. It’s really too tiresome a song they sing.

They won’t get anywhere near in gaining the Filipinos’ trust and confidence — not until they change their scheming ways.
