IWG received the “Best Employer Brands 2019” and “Dream Companies to Work For” awards in recognition of the exemplary leadership of its brands, Regus and Spaces, in human resource management through innovation for employee development.

The Philippines Best Employer Brands is an annual award organized by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress, Stars of the Industry Group and partner CHRO Asia. It was established to identify and recognize successful and leading employers in the country.

The awards, especially the “Dream Companies to Work For” which is the newest category, are testaments to Regus and Spaces’ use of best practices in employer branding and their contributions to talent management, development and innovation in developing vital human resources in the Philippines.

Lars Wittig, IWG vice president of Sales, ASEAN, Taiwan and South Korea, said, “It is a great honor to be recognized with these remarkable accolades from the Philippine Best Employer Brands awards. We are pleased that our efforts in redefining modern work style in the country are now getting the great awareness and validation locally, that they have achieved globally.”

REGUS and Spaces has been recognized as a dynamic working area suitable for entrepreneurs to think, create and collaborate.

Since establishing its presence in the country in 1999, Regus has continued to be a reliable provider of versatile office formats catering for every type of business from individuals, to small enterprises and corporations.

The Regus network of workspaces enables businesses to operate anywhere, without the need for set-up costs or capital investment. Regus’ recent announcement of offering a franchising opportunity in the Philippines signified the continuous demand for flexible space providers across the country.

Meanwhile, the entry of Spaces into the Philippines last year marked the birth of the creative working environment with a unique entrepreneurial spirit. With two branches in less than a year, Spaces has been gaining high regard for its dynamic working areas that are suitable for entrepreneurs to think, create and collaborate. Offering numerous and various types of community events, Spaces offers a culture that goes beyond business logistics to build a community of interesting people doing exciting things.

Through the years, Regus and Spaces by IWG have provided flexible workspaces that proved to be key for attracting and retaining talents.
