PayMaya wins big at Asia CEO Awards

PayMaya Philippines was recognized at the Asia CEO Awards 2019 as the Most Innovative Company of the Year for its relentless drive to spread financial inclusion in the country through it game-changing platforms.

PayMaya was also named as one of the finalists for the Technology Company of the Year category. This award is given to corporate organizations, academe and startup companies that focuses on Information and Communications Technology, Biotechnology and Material Science, and Sciences and Math Engineering.

Now on its 10th year, the Asia CEO Awards recognize individuals and companies that have demonstrated excellence in their respective industry sectors and have contributed significantly to nation building. It is one of the largest business awards events in the Philippines and Asia Pacific region. It also brings the Philippines to the spotlight, as one of the region’s premier center of economic growth and business destination.

Meanwhile, PayMaya recently announced the seven lucky PayMaya users who won at the recently-concluded PayMaya — Western Union Raffle Promo, where they had a chance to take home as much as P100,000 in prizes.

To join the promo, all they had to do was claim their Western Union remittance via PayMaya and kickstart their cashless living by completing a PayMaya transaction — whether it’s paying bills, sending money to another user, shopping online and in-stores, buying load, or paying via PayMaya QR.
