Hey Moonshine single ‘We’ll break this war’ debuts

The Philippines’ “southern rock band” Hey Moonshine will launch tomorrow, 19 October 2019, their newest single entitled “We’ll break this war,” under Viva Records.

The song was actually written in 2016 at the height of the saber-rattling by North Korean when its tests of long-range intercontinental ballistic missiles spurred fears of World War 3 igniting.

The socially relevant music talks about how the citizens of the world can act together to stop the folly of world leaders that could lead to MAD or mutually assured destruction – the only possible result of a nuclear war.

Hey Moonshine will perform the single and their other songs at 8 p.m. at the Alchemy Bistro Bar in Poblacion, Makati. Also performing are Cosmic Love, Whiskey Version and Antsfly.
