East Service Road goes one-way

A one-way traffic scheme will be implemented on a portion of East Service Road starting Tuesday, 8 October, the Manila Toll Expressway Systems, Inc. announced.

The operator of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) said the northbound lane of East Service Road from Alabang to Sucat Interchange will be under the scheme effective at 10 p.m. on Tuesday.

It also advised that vehicles bound for Alabang take the West Service Road or SLEX Sucat entry.

Additionally, the toll plaza relocation will be effective on the same day.

The Alabang northbound entry toll plaza will be moved under the Skyway On-Ramp near Amkor Anam.

Motorists have been enduring heavy traffic at the northbound lane of SLEX due to the construction of the Skyway Extension Project.
