Illegal Chinese workers due for deportation

At least 10 chartered planes from China will arrive this week to fetch their citizens caught by the Bureau of Immigration without working permits.

The BI arrested 683 illegal Chinese workers in Pampanga, Pasig, Palawan and Parañaque last week.

The Chinese government will use seven small commercial planes to fly the Chinese detainees out of Puerto Princesa International Airport, which cannot accommodate big aircarfts, while three commercial planes will land at Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

More than 300 foreign nationals, including females, are detained in a cramped jail in Taguig City while other foreign detainees had to be transferred to the Philippine National Police jail inside Camp Crame.
