PAL to review flight guidelines on vape

Flag-carrier Philippine Airlines is set to review its rules and regulations for luggages after an electronic cigarette or vape emitted smoke in one of their planes on Friday.

According to PAL, passengers were alighting at Laguindingan Airport in Miasamis Oriental when the batteries and charger of the e-cigarette suddenly flared up.

The cabin crew immediately responded and put out the fire.

PAL said that it will investigate the cause of the fire.
