Spain wins FIBA World Cup

Spain takes second FIBA World Cup after its 2006 win.

Spain dominated Argentina right from the opening buzzer en route to the FIBA World Cup title with a 95-75 win at Wukesong Sports Arena in Beijing on Sunday night.

Spain’s Ricky Rubio, who scored 20 points, was named Most Valuable Player.

Earlier, France beat Australia for the bronze medal, 67-59.
