‘Jenny’ leaving Phl Wednesday

All storm warning signals have been lowered or removed as Tropical Depression “Jenny” is expected to leave the country Wednesday.

As of 4 a.m., Jenny was 125 kilometers northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan with maximum winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour near the center and moving west northwest at 35 kph.

After making landfall in Casiguran, Aurora at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jenn y left the Luzon landmass and is headed toward Lingayen Gulf.

Metro Manila will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers on Wednesday while light to moderate with frequent heavy rains will prevail over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan (including Babuyan Islands), Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya.

Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains are also expected Central Luzon, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Mindoro Provinces and Palawan.

The following are under Signal No. 1: Abra, Aurora, Apayao, Benguet, Bulacan, Cagayan, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Isabela, Kalinga, La Union, Mountain Province, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Pampanga, Pangasinan, northern portion of Quezon (including Polillo Islands), Quirino, Tarlac and Zambales.
